Delivery Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing and packing before dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is on its way.
UK Mainland Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3-5 Working Days): FREE on orders over £50. A £2.99 charge applies to orders under £50.
- Express Delivery (1-2 Working Days): £4.99. Order by 1 pm for same-day dispatch (subject to processing times).
Other UK Destinations
- Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and UK Offshore Islands: Delivery is £5.99 and may take 2-3 additional working days compared to our Standard Delivery times.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer international delivery to select countries. Please be aware that any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control.
- European Union: £9.99 – Delivery in 5-10 working days.
- United States, Canada, Australia, and other International Destinations: £14.99 – Delivery in 7-14 working days.
